Job description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following tasks:
- To conduct research and analysis of information/legal documents to obtain legal grounds for clients' cases;
- To assist Associates in preparing and providing legal advices/opinion in response to client’s queries in various matters;
- To attend meetings with clients/other third parties; represent clients in negotiations process and for the litigation procedures at the Court/Arbitration;
- To liaise with courts, governmental authorities to seek the related information and/or the required proofs for the handled cases as well as to follow up the on going cases.
- To perform other assignments delegated by partners of the firm.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of law;
- Have more than 2 years working in legal fields.
- Good command of English in writing and speaking;
- Good skills in reasoning, legal analysis, communication and negotiation;
- Strong sense of responsibility, self confident, cautious, upright and highly motivated personality.
