Mr. Tran Thanh Tung of Phuoc & Partners was again invited by Ho Chi Minh City Television to contribute his expertise for FBNC News about decreasing legal risks of sales of houses built in the future.
Purchasing houses built in the future has always been a hot issue because of its high legal risk. Hence, from January 7th 2015, the amended Real Estate Business Law and the amended Housing Law have come into force with many changes in the new regulations regarding the sale and mortgage of this type of housing.
Mr. Tran Thanh Tung of Phuoc & Partners was interviewed by FBNC News about the impact of those changes on purchasing and mortgaging houses built in the future. In this second collaboration with FNBC, Lawyer Tung discussed changes to the two new laws and analyzed theirlegal impacts, particularly regarding the reducing of risks when purchasing and mortgaging this type of housing.
