Phuoc & Partners has a diligent and devoted administration department which consists of nearly 10 staffs (including administrators and accountants) to be in charge of all financial, accounting, and office affairs of the firm. They effectively assist the professional teams in handling and maintaining their daily works to provide best legal services to clients.

Nguyen Tan Hiep
Chief Accountant


Before joining Phuoc & Partners, Mr. Hiep worked as chief accountant at a variety of well-known companies, including six years with the esteemed accounting firm Theodore Alexander in Denmark, and five years with Golden Lite Enterprises in Australia; “It has been very gratifying to me to be able to confidently handle all the accounting needs that clients have brought to P&P. To solve these kinds of issues requires profound practical experience combined with a solid legal knowledge to legally gain the highest benefit for our clients”. Among his recent achievements have been the successful preparation and completion of an application for import and export tax incentives worth 2 billion dong from the Ministry of Trade and the eventual tax finalization thereafter with the local tax authorities. Hiep obtained his Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting from the University of Finance & Accounting of HCMC and a Chief Accountant Certificate of the Ministry of Finance. He is fluent in English.

Nguyen Thi Thuy


In October 2010, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy joined Phuoc & Partners as a general accountant. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy is responsible for summarizing timesheets for lawyers, monitoring service contracts, billing and issuing service invoices to clients, tracking receivables, contacting clients, clarifying all debt-related queries from clients, transaction accounting using software promptly and accurately and making periodical tax reports in accordance with the State regulations. She also monitors, inspects and does the cost accounting for the Ho Chi Minh City headquarter, Ha Noi and Da Nang Branches, as well as filing accounting records in accordance with the accounting law.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy received a high rank in her bachelor of accounting study, receiving the Chief Accountant Certificate from the Ministry of Finance, Certificate of Accounting Softwares with distinction and can communicate in English fluently.


Tran Ngoc Danh


Since 2008, Mr. Danh joined Phuoc & Partners as cashier to manage the financial affairs of the firm. Danh is in charge of ordering payments, managing cash flow, ensuring money is available in the firm’s fund, paying firm expense bills, compiling and maintaining monetary reports and records.



Nguyen Thu Trang
Admin manager


In 2007, Ms. Trang joined P&P firm as an Admin Assistant.  Trang is in charge of preparing periodical reports and submitting these to relevant State authorities; is responsible for opening new matters, including inputting client information into the billing system; reviewing all services contracts and supervising the service providers’ performance; examining and recommending new solutions and/or equipment for the smooth operation of all offices; and managing and coordinating all benefits and allowances of staff in accordance with regulatory and internal policies of the firm. She futher assists lawyers in many client works.  Trang is fluent in English.


Nguyen Thi Thanh Thanh
Admin Staff


In the middle of 2011, Thanh joined Phuoc & Partners’ administration department as a tea lady. Thanh provides her assistance in various other administration works include typing, photocopying, scanning documents, managing office stationery and transportation records. Working in a professional environment at Phuoc & Partners has given Thanh a great opportunity to gain experience and skills which are helpful for her future career


Ho Minh Tam



Mr. Tam joined Phuoc & Partners since 2006 as a messenger. With his experience and knowledge of traffic in the city, he has contributed to the delivery of documents to recipients as required, to ensure the timely schedule of records and documents for the related works.


Truong Ngoc Mai
Admin staff


In April 2015, Ms. Mai joined Phuoc & Partners to coordinate with the Office Manager in handling reception work and office administration as well as providing logistical support for the firm’s legal and professional staff. In addition to administrative work, Ms. Mai is a goal-oriented person, who is always on the lookout to expand her duties as her business knowledge increases. Phuoc & Partners offers just that kind of dynamic working environment and Ms. Mai feels so fortunate to have such a great opportunity to enhance her already strong communication and organizational skills and learning from the professional team at Phuoc & Partners.
