Our Part I of this Legal Newsletter introduces a legal article titled “Sexual harassment in the workplace – Burden on enterprise?” written by our lawyer Ms. Nguyen Van Quynh – Associate and Dr. Le Thi Anh Nguyet, issued in The Saigon Times on November 14th 2013.
