In our Part I of this Legal Newsletter, there is a legal article recently published in the Thoi Bao Kinh Te Sai Gon named “Seven steps in interest conflict settlement which written by our lawyers Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuoc & Mr. Le Hoang Chuong. By this article, we provide a number of legal recommendations in order to minimize the risks for employers in case of occurring conflict between employees’ personal interests and the enterprises’ general interests.

In Part II, we would like to provide you with some remarkable regulations as follows:

  1. Deferral of tax payment for small and medium-sized enterprises;
  2. New guidance on tax registration;
