Our Part I of this Legal Newsletter introduces a legal article titled “Big change in recruitment of foreigners” written by our lawyers Ms. Duong Tieng Thu and Ms. Nguyen Phuong Thao, issued in The Business Review Magazine on 26 September 2013.
