The purpose of such arrangement in summer and winter is to recruit as many potential candidates at the same time for our internal and external trainers to conduct intensive soft skills and technical skills training. In addition, summer and winter are the two main seasons where Phuoc & Partners organizes indoor and outdoor events for staffs and partners. These are a great chance for new staff to mingle with the current team of partners and staff of Phuoc & Partners.

3. Application files
Your job application files shall be in English and include: (i) Application letter; (ii) your curriculum vitae plus your 3 x 4 photo; and (iii) your transcript and certificates (either in Vietnamese or English) you have obtained up to the date of the application.
4. Dress code/Attire for interview
Candidates are recommended to dress formally when coming for the interview:
Male candidates: Dark colour business suit with tie and closed-toe shoes; and
Female candidates: Dark colour business suit and high-heeled shoes.
5. Recruitment Process
The process of recruitment is as follows:
Step 1: The Coordinator will assess your application file. If the required job criteria is satisfactory for a specific position, a technical test in English will be sent to the job applicant via email. He/She will prepare a response and send it to the Coordinator via email within seven (07) calendar days from the date of receipt of the test;
Step 2: The Coordinator will send the test answer of the Candidate to the Partner in charge of recruitment of Phuoc & Partners for his/her assessment. If the Partner in charge finds the response satisfactory, he/she will inform the Coordinator to arrange an official interview between the Partner in charge and the Candidate at one of Phuoc & Partners offices either in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi or Danang city, depending on which is the most suitable for both sides; In case the test response is not satisfactory, the Partner in charge will inform the Coordinator to notify Candidate of such result.
Step 3: The Candidate will attend a direct interview with the Partner in charge. The content of the interview will mainly focus on the details as stated in the Candidate’s curriculum vitae and his/her English skills. The interview will be made either in English or Vietnamese, depending on the consideration of the Partner in charge of recruitment. In general, there is only one interview for each Candidate, however, in case the Partner in charge of recruitment has the view that one more interview with another partner of Phuoc & Partners is necessary, the Partner in charge of recruitment will inform the Coordinator to notify the Candidate and the Candidate will attend another interview with the other Partner; and
Step 4: Within two (02) weeks after the first interview or the second interview (if necessary), the Partner in charge of recruitment, after consulting with the Managing Partner of the Firm, will let the Coordinator know of the Firm’s decision on the interview result and the Coordinator will send email to the Candidate to inform him/her of such decision. If the Candidate is selected, a probation contract in bilingual form (including terms on salary, allowances, confidential information and so forth) will be sent to the Candidate via email for his/her review and signing. If the Candidate is satisfied with the contents thereof, the Candidate will confirm his/her acceptance via email to the Coordinator and will sign and provide an original hard copy of the probation contract to the Coordinator on his/her first day of working at one of Phuoc & Partners offices.
6. Probation period
The probation period will be thirty (30) days or sixty (60) days, depending on the nature and complexity of each specific job as stated in the job descriptions in the probation contract.
7. Signing of Official Labour Contract
Within three (03) days prior the expiry of probation contract, Phuoc & Partners will notify the probation employee of his/her probation result. If the probation employee passes the probation period, Phuoc & Partners will offer a labour contract to the probation employee upon expiry of probation contract. The contract terms will be one (01) year, two (02) years, three (03) years or indefinite term, depending on job requirements from time to time.
If the probation employee’s working performance is not satisfactory, Phuoc & Partners will notify and terminate the probation period. The probation employee will be processed with job leave as per the common procedures of Phuoc & Partners.
