International Public Procurement 2016
In 2016, Phuoc & Partners is very honored and delighted to have made significant contributions over the years to a chapter on Vietnam in the publication: "International Public Procurement" published by Westlaw. This is a great effort that has been recognized and appreciated by the Center for International Legal Studies (CILS). The chapter, which is a contribution made by all of our Phuoc & Partners elite lawyers, Mr. Nguyen Gia Huy Chuong and Ms. Ngo Thi Diem, has been developed and updated with all the current regulations of the law on “International public procurement" in Vietnam .
