Legal Update Newsletter December 2016
Our Part I of this Legal Newsletter introduces the legal article titled “International protection for trademark right” written by lawyer Nguyen Duc Hieu and Ms. Do Thuy Linh. In this article, the authors mentioned the value and sustainable economic benefits of the protection of their trademarks internationally - the legal issues that many Vietnamese enterprises encounter as their own brands expand throughout the world.
